Psychology Board of Australian Approved Supervisor
I am a Doctor of Clinical Psychology who places respect and connection at the heart of my practice. With over fifteen years of clinical experience, I enjoy the opportunity to work collaboratively with people at all stages of life to promote wellbeing and improve mental health. I am also passionate about early intervention and specialise in working with children and families. I have experience working both clinically and at the forefront of research in childhood mental health across community-health and university settings within Australia and overseas. Within the family mental health space, I have a particular focus on supporting parents on their journey through parenthood from perinatal mental health to parenting support. I enjoy the opportunity to help parents develop the skills they need to create the family environment and relationships they want to experience. In all my work I am committed to taking an evidence-based and empowering approach to supporting adults, children and families to achieve their goals. I am also a Psychology Board of Australia approved supervisor and experienced educator who is dedicated to promoting ongoing excellence and integrity within the discipline of clinical psychology.
